1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ScriptVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.

3. Product License

All scripts/code sold are licensed for use on a single end-product (one website/app/project). Reselling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the source code is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Delivery

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Upon successful payment, the download link will be sent to your registered email instantly. You can also re-download from your dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

6. Support

We provide email/ticket support for installation issues and bug reports. We do not provide free customization or feature development.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScriptVault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
