Refund Policy

Short version: All digital products are non-refundable. Exceptions only for technical issues we cannot resolve.
All Sales Final
Due to the digital, downloadable nature of our products, once a download link has been delivered, the sale is considered final. We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical skills to install or modify the product
- Product not meeting expectations when features were clearly listed
- Compatibility issues if requirements were met
When We Refund
We will issue a full refund only in these specific cases:
- Payment received but no download link delivered within 24 hours (and we cannot deliver after support)
- Critical bug: Product is fundamentally broken and we cannot fix it within 7 business days
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order
- Unauthorized transaction: Verified fraudulent purchase
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@scriptvault.1ndex.in within 7 days of purchase
- Include your Order ID and detailed explanation
- Our team will respond within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
